Jalal Kalmoni Group Chairman
Salem Kalmoni Managing Director Third Generation Kalmoni, born in Ghana, educated in Canada, joined the company in 1991 after completing his studies in Canada. He has been at the helm of affairs of the company ever since. His passion for growth of the family business has led to a significant growth and development of the company’s fortunes including the expansion of the business in Ghana as well as West Africa. Mr. Salem Kalmoni is also a board member of several Non-Profit Organizations.
Nouhad Kalmoni Executive Director Also a third generation Kalmoni, born in Ghana, educated in Canada, joined the company in 1995 after completing his studies in Canada. He was responsible for building the Mercedes Benz business in Ghana since the 1990s as well as being a member of the Kalmoni Group Board of Directors. Currently serving as the Group Executive Director with responsibility for Sales & Marketing of all the brands across West Africa.

Our management team consists of a vibrant mix of young and not-so-young individuals whose combined academic preparations; career background and expertise cover Accounting and Business, Engineering, Economics and Finance, mathematics and Marketing, Physical and Biological Sciences.

These individuals are motivated by a common desire to build Japan Motors Trading Company Limited into a strong, reputable private company that will inspire pride in the hearts of its employees, and capable of serving the expanding economy of Ghana.
